About the Event
Step into an intense 4-day leadership and resilience experience designed to challenge your limits, build discipline, and strengthen your leadership mindset. Operation Forge X brings together 320 civilians across 16 platoons for a unique experience inspired by military-style training and real-world leadership lessons.
Experience obstacle courses, live mission briefings, master grit and gratitude, and learn discipline through challenges guided by experienced veterans and senior military leaders.
