7.    Organizers not liable for refunds due to natural/man-made calamities.

8.    Organizers not responsible for loss/damage of personal goods.

9.    Damages to tents/materials must be paid at MRP (items are rented).

10. Organizers may cancel/change price, venue, inclusions if required.
