     *Eligibility*:
    The event is open only to registered participants who meet the eligibility criteria specified by the organizers. Valid identification may be required for entry. 
    Age : 22 +

     *Registration & Entry*:

    Entry is permitted only with a valid registration/confirmation.

    Registration Fee is non-refundable unless approved by the organizers.

     *Code of Conduct*:

    1. All participants must behave respectfully toward others.

    2. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

    3. Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating these rules without refund.

     *Event Purpose:* 
    The meet is intended for positive interaction, networking, and engagement. Any activity that disrupts the purpose of the event is prohibited.

     *Dress Code :* 
    Participants are expected to dress appropriately and decently according to the nature of the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire.

     *Safety & Security* :

    Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.

    Any dangerous items, illegal substances, or prohibited materials are strictly forbidden.

    Alcohols are prohibited 🚫 

    Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.

     *Photography & Media* .

    Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional or documentation purposes.

    By attending, participants consent to the use of their images unless otherwise stated.

     *Outside Items* : 
    Outside food, beverages, or unauthorized materials may not be allowed unless approved by the organizers.

     *Liability*:
    The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring during the event.

     *Changes & Cancellation*:
    The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, rules, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

     *Final Authority* :
    All decisions made by the event organizers are final and binding.
